Step 1: Press Manufacturer from unlock your phone form.
Step 2: Press Models Choose all models supported by Metropcs or T-Mobile. press country select USA press carrier choose MetroPCS or T-Mobile..
Step 3: Complete the form which includes your IMEI number and your E-mail to receive device unlock app confirmation.
Step 4: Wait until receiving the confirmation email that your device unlock app request send to T-Mobile USA or MetroPCS USA (take hours to few days – depends on your Phone official carrier)
Step 5: You will be requested to connect to wifi and work on screen .your device has been unlocked. Done!
Absolutely not request of cancellation accepted by the supplier, once you submit an IMEI (even if wrong) you'll have to wait for the final outcome.
Make sure your phone is CLEAN before place your order ,as you might end up having to pay for a "Cleaning Service" to use the phone in the USA !
